Getting started
Name, emoji and colour. Works offline too — it syncs once you're back online.
Share it as a link, a QR code or a short code. A new code invalidates the old one instantly.
Post a lobby, people claim their own slots — and “Start round 1” turns it into a live session.
Every session lands in the archive and moves the Elo numbers — on every member's phone.
Roster and archive
Add anyone with just their name — they play, get ranked and build stats like everyone else. An account only means the group shows up on their own phone. Whoever joins through an invite picks their name off the roster: “This is me” — and their whole history follows.
Every finished session lands in a results archive that is never edited after the fact, mirrored to every member. If someone leaves the group, their results stay — and they can rejoin later. Roles are simple: owner, admin and member.
ROSTER · 10 PLAYERS
EVERYONE GETS RANKED AND TRACKED — REGARDLESS
Rating
Each group has its own rating, and everyone starts at 1200. Take a bigger share of the points than expected and the number goes up; take a smaller share and it goes down — and the stronger the team you beat, the bigger the move. When the session ends, you see how far you moved.
You and your partner get exactly the same change — the pair is judged as one.
For your first three sessions the number is marked provisional; it has little to go on yet.
Nobody needs an account to build a rating — a name on the roster is enough.
Tournaments
The next padel night plans itself. The owner or an admin posts a lobby with the format, courts, slots and date. Members claim a slot each — first come, first served — and the lobby always shows how many are left. If a slot is taken, you hear about it right away.
When everyone is in, “Start round 1” turns the lobby into a live session with the roster settled. Poor signal in the hall never blocks the start, and a lobby can be reopened with every slot intact — or cancelled for everyone.
Highlights
Computed over the last ten sessions and unlocked after three played — with 9:16 share cards for the group chat, and milestone recaps at 10, 25 and 50 sessions. The rules behind every award are on the highlights page.
Everything a single organizer needs — sessions, all eight formats, players and stats — works without an account. An account (Apple or Google) is only needed to create or join shared groups.
FAQ
Creating and running a group is a subscription: 699 kr a year or 99 kr a month, with the first 30 days free. Playing in a group and joining one are always free — only the person who owns the group pays, and one subscription covers every group they run.
No. Players can be added with just their name — they play, get ranked and build stats like everyone else. An account only means the group shows up on their own phone: whoever joins through an invite picks their name off the roster with “This is me”, and their whole history follows.
The group pauses — nothing is deleted. The roster, the results archive, the ratings and the highlights stay readable for every member, but nobody can start new sessions or tournaments, invite new members or change the roster until the owner reactivates. Members never see a price — only the owner does.
Everyone starts at 1200, and a team's rating is the average of its two players' ratings. After each match the numbers move with the share of the points you took and how strong the team you met was — never more than 32 per match — and you and your partner get exactly the same change. The full calculation, with the formula and a worked example, is on our page about Elo ratings in padel (in Norwegian).
Yes — PadelFlow is on Google Play, alongside the App Store for iPhone and iPad. The web app still runs in any browser.
The owner shares one invite — as a link, a QR code or a short code — and you pick your name off the roster when you join. A new code invalidates the old one instantly, and joining only needs an Apple or Google account.
They stay. Every finished session lives in a results archive that is never edited after the fact, mirrored to every member — and if someone leaves the group, everything they played remains. They can also rejoin later.
