One subscription is per account, not per group — if you run three groups, you pay once. Everyone else in your groups plays for free, forever. They never see a price and never need a subscription of their own.
A group whose subscription lapses becomes read-only, not gone. The roster, every result you have ever recorded, the ratings, player histories and highlights all stay exactly where they are, readable by everyone in the group.
What stops is writing: no new sessions, no new tournaments, no new invitations, and no roster edits. Resubscribe and the group unlocks with everything intact.
No. Joining is free, always. Only the person who creates the group subscribes, and they are the only one who ever sees a price.
It renews automatically at the plan you chose, at the price shown when you signed up. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged.

PadelFlow is not on Google Play yet. In the meantime the web app runs in any Android browser, and a subscription bought on the web works there too.
