Terms
The agreement between you and Johannes Horn Software when you use PadelFlow.
Last updated 8 August 2026
PadelFlow is provided by Johannes Horn Software (Norwegian sole proprietorship), org. no. 938 215 537, Havsteinlia 6, 7021 Trondheim, Norway. Email: support@padelflow.no.
PadelFlow organises padel sessions: line-ups, rounds, scores, standings and ratings. The app is available for iPhone, iPad and in the browser. An Android version is coming.
Playing is free, always: you can run as many sessions as you like in every format without paying, and you can always join a group for free.
Creating a shared group requires a subscription. New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. After the trial the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel.
In-app purchases on iPhone and iPad are handled by Apple, and on Android by Google. Purchases on the web are handled by Paddle. These parties act as the seller (merchant of record) and are responsible for payment, receipts and VAT.
You cancel where you bought: in your App Store account, in Google Play, or via the link in your receipt from Paddle. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
Your groups are not deleted. They move into a locked state: the roster, results archive, ratings, player details and highlights remain readable by everyone in the group, but no new sessions, tournaments or invitations can be created, and the roster cannot be edited.
Renew the subscription and the group unlocks again with all its content intact.
We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided “as is”. We recommend you do not rely on PadelFlow as the only storage for data you cannot afford to lose.
Our liability is limited to what you have paid for the subscription in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian law.
We may change these terms and our prices. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email a reasonable time before they take effect. Price changes to an ongoing subscription take effect at the next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
Norwegian law applies. If you are a consumer and we disagree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council, Forbrukerrådet. Disputes otherwise fall under the Norwegian courts.
