Refunds and right of withdrawal

In short: every subscription starts with a 30-day free trial, so you pay nothing until you have had a full month to decide. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you are charged. No reason required. We refund the full amount.

How to cancel

Cancel where you bought — not on whichever device you happen to be holding:

• Bought in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PadelFlow
• Bought on the web: the subscription management link in your receipt from Paddle

A subscription bought on the web will not appear in your iPhone's Settings. That screen lists only subscriptions Apple bills, so a web purchase is simply absent from it — nothing is broken. Use the Paddle link from your receipt, or email us at support@padelflow.no and we will cancel it for you.

How to request a refund

Where to ask depends on where you bought:

• Bought in the App Store: Apple handles refunds — use reportaproblem.apple.com
• Bought on the web: reply to your receipt from Paddle, or email us at support@padelflow.no

If the store gets you nowhere, contact us anyway — we will help.

Processing time

We handle refund requests within 14 days. The payout itself is made by Apple, Google or Paddle, and how quickly the money is back on your card depends on your bank.

What happens to my groups?

Nothing is deleted on refund or cancellation. Groups move into a locked state: all content stays readable, but nothing new can be written. See the terms for details.
