The rules
Davis Cup is a full evening where four teams battle it out, everyone plays every round, and every single game counts toward the team's total. The format is locked to exactly 16 players split into 4 teams (A–D) on 4 courts — no bench, no waiting.
In rounds 1–3, each team meets the other three once. A team tie is played as two matches on two courts at the same time: A1/A2 face B1/B2 on one court, while A3/A4 meet B3/B4 on the court next door. The pairings inside each team rotate on a fixed plan, so you play with different teammates through the group stage.
Scores are entered as games won and lost, for example 7–5. A won match earns 2 points, a tie 1 and a loss 0 — and a team's total is the sum of what its players collect. If two teams are level, games difference decides. That makes every game worth fighting for, even in matches that are already settled.

The pairings inside each team rotate on a fixed plan from round to round — you play with different teammates through the whole group stage. Meanwhile, teams C and D play their tie on courts 3 and 4.
Round 4
After three rounds the teams are seeded 1–4 by points, with games difference as the tiebreaker. Team 1 meets team 2, team 3 meets team 4 — and inside each team the players are ranked the same way, so the top two from each team meet on one court while the next two play on another.
